Geoengineering: Changing the Planet to Save the Planet

In March 2022, CNN stated that weather manipulation is real. In an article they stated, “It’s been around since the 1940s and countries all over the world have been doing it for various reasons (most notably China), but it’s a growing practice in the US, especially in the drought-stricken West. Although cloud seeding has been around for decades and is currently being operated in roughly 50 countries, many climate scientists remain skeptical of the technology’s efficacy as well as the time and effort put into trying to manipulate weather.”
Harvard University in their ongoing Solar Geoengineering Research Program defines geoengineering as, “Geoengineering refers to a set of emerging technologies that could manipulate the environment and partially offset some of the impacts of climate change.” They state the word “emerging”, even though actual weather manipulation has been around for decades. Since most geoengineering programs are classified as research, where everything is relative, central planners don’t have to admit that geoengineering even exists.
Congress held hearings on geoengineering in November 2017 and The Free Thought Project reported in January 2020, that a top climate change scientist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration received $4 million in funding from Congress along with permission to study two highly controversial geoengineering methods in an attempt to cool the Earth because of climate change. According to Science Magazine, David Fahey, director of the Chemical Sciences Division of NOAA’s Earth System Research Laboratory, told his staff that the federal government is ready to examine the science behind “geoengineering”—or what he dubbed a “Plan B” for climate change.
Fomenting Drought in California
The LA Times reported in January 2018 about usually warm weather and that the state may be slipping into another drought. Climatologist Bill Patzert declared, “We’re about halfway through the rain season, so we’ve only got February and March, and there better be a miracle… if not, we just backflipped into the drought again…It’s been a hot summer, a hot fall, and even now in the midwinter. We’re talking mid-80s at the end of January? That’s unheard of.”
That was back in 2018. Since then, there have been many strange weather events in Southern California: weather extremes, wildfires, high winds and perpetual drought.
Carbon is the building block of life, water is the essence of life, control one or both; then, you control life itself.
In 2017, Governor Brown declared an end to California’s historic five-year drought; then, he did a 180 degree turn and determined that droughts in California are perpetual. In June 2018, he signed two laws that requires cities and water districts across the state to set permanent water conservation rules, even in non-drought years because, “In preparation for the next drought and our changing environment, we must use our precious resources wisely,” Brown said in a statement. “We have efficiency goals for energy and cars – and now we have them for water.” In other words, because of climate change, the state claims artificial scarcity for water; therefore, there must be arbitrary sustainability rationing.
Geoengineering weather modification programs are being conducted in Southern California as evidenced by this public notice from the Los Angeles Department of Public Works:
Unintended Consequences
There are health concerns about spraying populations with aerosols. Chemtrails, the commonly referred for geoengineering, is defined as: “Chemtrails are geo-engineered aerosols that are loaded with toxic chemicals, including but not limited to: barium, strontium 90, aluminum, cadmium, zinc…” according to holistic advocate”, Ty Bollinger in his article, denoting the unintended consequences of geoengineering. Mike Adams, popularly known as “The Health Ranger” warns, “In an effort to halt so-called “climate change” in other words, mad scientists are willing to put the entire human population at risk of a catastrophic global famine.”
According to EcoWatch, “Reducing the impacts of human-caused climate change through the use of bioenergy with carbon capture and storage—better known as BECCS—could have major consequences for wildlife, forests and water resources… By masking sunlight with injections of sulphate aerosols in the stratosphere, nations could perhaps suppress some of the devastating hurricanes and typhoons that in a rapidly warming world threaten northern hemisphere cities, according to new research.”
Playing with the atmosphere: what could go wrong?
According to Alan Robock of Ruters University and co-author of a study proposing spraying sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere, “Rapid warming after stopping geoengineering would be a huge threat to the natural environment and biodiversity… if geoengineering ever stopped abruptly, it would be devastating, so you would have to be sure that it could be stopped gradually, and it is easy to think of scenarios that would prevent that.”
